I know a lot of very successful people rave about how meditation enables them, but I’ve been failing at prioritising it. Has anyone here taken it up that can vouch for its success?
I can! I find it tricky to get into the rhythm of it but once I am, I completely depend on it. For me, I have to do it first thing in the morning before anything - but I only ever manage this if I make sure my phone is in a different room otherwise I’ll get into the morning routine of scrolling .
The other time is on trains/ commutes. I literally set my timer on my phone for 2 minutes and do several 2 minute blocks of focusing on my breath every day!
